Terms and Conditions – RanBros Global

Payments: All course fees must be paid in full before the start date unless a payment plan is approved.

Code of Conduct: Any form of abuse, plagiarism, or misconduct may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
Updates: Terms are subject to change. Continued use of services implies agreement with the updated terms.
Cancellation and Refund Policy – RanBros Global
Cancellation Before Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment 7 days before the course start date, 80% of the fee will be refunded.
Within 7 Days of Start Date: A 50% refund will be provided.
After Course Start: No refunds will be issued after the course has started.
Special Cases: Refunds due to medical or emergency conditions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping and Delivery Policy – RanBros Global
For physical products (books, kits, certificates, etc.):
Dispatch Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery Time: Products are delivered within 7–10 working days in India. International shipping timelines may vary.
Tracking: A tracking ID will be provided after dispatch.
Delivery Issues: If your item is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Digital items like e-certificates and resources are shared via email or student portals within 72 hours of course completion.
